My rule of tobaggan-wearing is: If you can see your breath, you can wear a boggan. If not, nah, it's not cold enough...

ive been wearin my boggan around here lately. mine is more for style than keepin the head warmthough... also my hair is so damn crazy the boggan just looks better.
