Hey friends, thank you for all your prayers, they were much appreciated and I know they were heard. Sadly and much against what my wife and I wanted, we lost our baby on Wednesday morning in-between 3 and and 4 am. We found out the previous afternoon that it was what is known as a tubal pregnancy. Nathaniel is a beautiful name. I just read your post and was sorry to hear the news, but so impressed that you turn to christ at a time when you should. Sometimes that is so difficult, when everything inside ourselves wants to do otherwise. I may not always understand why things happen, but I know that god can work all things for good, no matter how unbelievable that may seem at the time. I am praying that you and your wife will lean on god in a closer and more personal way and he will give you comfort and his supernatural strength, and will carry you through. Heavenly Father, you are sovereign and are able to give life and take life. You, who created all things from the thousands of galaxies too massive for us to comprehend and too far for us to see without telescopes, to the tiny fingerprints that you had etched on nathaniel's tiny unborn hand, you know so much better than we how little nathaniel, in his oh-so-brief life here on this blue planet, will bring to you the glory and praise due to you. We submit ourselves to you and thank you for his brief presence, though unborn, into the lives of tombob and his wife. Please through this not only strengthen their faith in You, Heavenly Father, but provide them tangible opportunities that they may strengthen the brethren because of this which You have brought them through. Lord, make Your grace sufficient for them just as You had promised to the Apostle Paul and please make Your name famous as tombob and his wife are able to express their joy in You.
