a delicious tofu
Tofu was on sale this week, so I picked up lots. This was my second attempt at tofu and it was sooooo much better than the first attempt. leftover gazpacho?
Mike stepmother gave us a little over a gallon of homemade gazpacho over the holidays and I don't want it to go to waste, but there's no way we can eat that much gazpacho! Any ideas of what to do with the leftovers? -

painter's block
I feel a little panicky. I am in a situation ideal for daily painting-- I am unemployed, I am several months away from having a baby that will require my undivided attention once she's here, and I have all my painting supplies (minus my easel, which I tragically left behind in Tallahassee)-- but I don't know what to paint. someday my job will come
It is depressing to be out of work. I don't like it at all. I do things every day, but since none of them earn me any money of my own, it feels a little worthless. My hope is that I will be able to generate a little income (even just $100/month) before my savings are completely depleted.
