Walking, Goal oriented again. DARNIT!

I have taken up quite a bit of walking, Friday I walked a total of 6 miles! whoa! Havent done that in a while! The day before that I did 2-3 miles, and then the day after the 6 I did another 2. I am determined to get these last 5-10 lbs off! Gosh darnit! =) I am aiming to do ateast 2 miles a day, that is the VERY least I could do! Thats only two ( Read more... )

Good to see you again!! walking is an awsome workout.. and if you can get your man out with you, all the better!

M is my son, my husband got a gym membership that he never uses and when I ask him to take walks with me he usually would rather sit on his bum and watch the tube. He will go occasionally, but usually I take my son. =)

*l* ahhh.. your little man then.. ;)

Its probably more fun this way anyway! Kids are so observant, they often point out things you would never notice alone!
