There seems to be a lot of this kind of stuff going on now.
Amazon.com is trying to sell a CD version of one of my albums that is "digital only".
I'm now having to prove to their legal team (somehow) that a CD doesn't exist and they refuse to remove the listing from their site until I can prove as such. They also won't tell me who listed the item as even existing despite my telling them that the artist is signed to my label and I did not give any of our distributors permission to resell directly to Amazon.com.
I also like how this "store" can't even get your album title correct.
i know, i was looking up places to buy the album and I came across this place... and then I looked at the bottom of the page and saw "double CD" and was VERY confused. Also, wtf "Well"?

It's the "Tonikom - The Sniper's Well 2CD [10274] $17.25" part im talking about. Also, that isn't a label number...
