Holidays are still gonna suck

So Thanksgiving is quickly approaching. Our holiday was originally going to consist of just me, Patrick, Marcie, and some other woman that Marcie is friends with but someone I don't care for. Now it's going to involve some other members of Marcie's family, all of whom make me uncomfortable.
I kinda want to ditch this and go to my Uncle's house here

Unfortunately, I could not. I have a brother who would not allow that to happen because it just "wouldn't be right". I asked him if we could just skip Thanksgiving at Marcie's and he said that it wouldn't be the right thing to do because Marcie's feelings might get hurt. I'm getting a little tired of worrying about everybody else at this point.
