assistance, please

So, we needed to reset everything on the family computer, and now I can't log into my livejournal or myspace accounts (you don't need to be logged in to update your journal, I guess...) Anyhoo, if any of you guys know what to do in such a situation, I would really appreciate the assistance, as I'm nothing without my precious accounts.

You must be logged in automatically here because you do need to be logged in to update...or so I thought. Otherwise it seems like other people could write through your account...
