OK, I know that I'd like to punch this guy in the face, but I'm not sure why. Is it his latent anti-Semitism? His desire to co-opt a culture for personal gain? or does he just richly deserve a punchin'? Help me out, loyal readers!

I know folks know this, but it bears speaking out loud (so to speak):
Kosher does, more than just saying some rabbi waved his hands over it, indicate a level of culinary processing/cleanliness (or something like that) because it has to be processed in such a manner as to pass muster for said rabbi!

People can be so dumb.
