It's why the next house I build will have extensive use of washable floors and floor drains in all rooms. Seriously- I have had stuff like fire sprinklers and heated floors on my wish lists for the last few years. Ever want to take a garden hose or pressure washer to some messes? Ah- yeah- now you see the beauty.

There's a few TMI reasons back to my fondness for heated floors that gets posted in my journal someday. Shit heated on such a floor however could be a grin badness.
