Audrey (my laptop) has a virus and I don't know what to dooooo. Symantec keeps telling me it's found an infected file - Downloader.Trojan - but I can't delete it; it's c:\windows\system32\4gmd3.dll and when I try to delete it Audrey won't let me.

Any ideas as to what I should do, please?
