Home in NYC!
I am home! I returned to all of the work in the world on my desk, and the cats spent a fine week undoing all the cleaning I'd done at home before I left, but all is well and I have a tan and am feeling happy. I was home sick yesterday. It was the usual miserable scenario - ate soup, lay on couch all day, watched tv, nodded off, complained quietly to myself. Today I feel just as terrible but am out of sick days, so I'm complaining to my coworkers and trying not to spread my germs around. Last night I had a dream that my sister and I got lost and stuck in London traffic because I couldn't find good parking in front of the Museum of Cosmetics. My sister was so mad at me...
