That's a good choice. The Honda Accord is a great car, and if you keep the service up it will live forever :)

I second any good opinions on the Honda, having been part of a family that has owned 3 of them now. Mom's station wagon (91' accord) lasted about 12 years, and could've lasted longer with proper servicing. Hondas are built well, and deal well with most adversity, so I say go for it.

My dad just mentioned this to me. . .my family has been buying from the same guy at the same dealership for years. He tends to treat us and our friends pretty well. I am not sure if he sells used vehicles (although I know the dealership does).

In any case, if you are comparing prices, it might be worth a shot to give him a call and see if he has anything. Northwest Honda (Pikesville/Owings Mills), ask for Mark and tell him that the Smulian family referred you. They've treated us well enough that we all drive down to Pikesville for our service instead of going to the Honda place in town. I recommend.
