Scotchberries

[torahumaddachic]

1/2 pint strawberries, hulled, quartered (they needn't be of the finest quality)
2 tsp vanilla sugar
a dribble of fine scotch (i used Dalwhinnie)
marinate for however long you are eating dinner.
a lovely dessert!!
