I bought my new oven on Sat, Nov 3. They offered to deliver it Sun, Nov 4. Yea! Pa and I hooked it up, found the "it's on" burner light didn't work, which is amusing because I was buying a new oven because the old one didn't run off.
Call the company. Call the service number. Call the other service number. Call the other service number back. Repeat at least once.
"I'll take a new one or you can get someone to fix this one, if you think it's a minor problem."
"We can have a technician out to look at it on Nov 19."
"When could I get a new one?"
"Nov 5."
"Fine. I'll take a new one."
"Oh. Um. Can we have someone look at yours first before we replace it?"
