So, Prof. Abbott gave our clerkship class a research assignment. I finished it in 15 minutes using google, but I figured I should also do it via westlaw, for the learning experience, and also to verify google, which is fast but unreliable. So I boldly ventured out into the realms of westlaw

same situation- found a reference to a law review article that isn't on lexis or westlaw. only in jstor, which i thought couldn't be an acceptable cite.
kept researching since I never found a conclusive "end." was depressed when I kept finding cites back to Barker, Duggan, Cox, etc. Apparently that was ok.
