2.) You use it all, you buy it. I'm done buying shit I've never gotten to use.
3.) I do not like lawn funiture inside, it ruins floors.

Wow. I know EXACTLY how you feel. I have been sharing a house with one of my friends for 3 years. Everything was great, even after my girl moved in with her kids, all was still well. UNTIL his girlfriend moved in with us, now it's a constant us -vs- them and I am to the point of wanting to choke them both.
