Well i haven't been on here in a very long time...a lot has happened, i've been broken, crushed but survived through more than most will ever truly know. My life is far from back to normal but i'm getting there,

I'm not too sure what to write really.

Life is what it is and my entire year has seen more pain and suffering than most people get in a lifetime.

My friends ar very good though they make sure i'm basically still living but there is so much more going on in the world than they realise.

Today has been a bad day, I'm glad my sister is doing okay now, but today was the first day in a very long time that i have actually been scared for her
