I've undertaken then behemoth task of building a DVD library from the ground up. Fortunately I don't have many VHS to replace, so i'll mostly be buying movies I didn't already own. The way I see it, if I bring a PS2 to college like I intend to, then I'll have a DVD player sitting pretty right there in the dorm room.

Yeah, I'm sorry, but the lack of Kevin Smith is inexcusable. Dogma at least--but Clerks and Chasing Amy should be there, also.
Also, I applaud the inclusion of Christopher Guest films. Only one question: did you not see Waiting For Guffman, or are you just in the camp that didn't much care for it?

Aww if you're putting Ocean's Eleven on there, why not The Sting? It's better. I've really been meaning to do the same thing (collecting DVDs), except that I'm cashless.
