So I'm liking school except for the homework that keeps piling up, the absence of a class that I find truly enjoyable, and my inability to sleep for 8 consecutive hours. I started writing a star wars parody that takes place with relatively ordinary people in Topeka. It is appropriately titled Topeka wars. It is going to be made into a movie that will be between 30 min. and 1 hour. I had a busy weekend. Friday: Recylcing at school, March of Dimes walk, Track meet. Saturday: Craftsman Truck Race in KCK most of the day, came home and then went to Post Prom. At school today I had to finish up a project for mr. burkeholder. I was retooling a form. He was really anxious and stressed out about it. But I ended up finishing it on time. I've become more content over the past week. I'm looking forward to the Scholars' Bowl regional competition Thursday. It may be my last scholar bowl tournament ever! I worked 5 hours today. I could've worked more, but I didn't. I always feel guilty when I'm not doing something at work, it feels like stealing. I think it's because I know the owner pretty well and he used to work with my Dad.
