So, as mentioned in my comments for my "AAAAGONYYY" post...i was supposed to work on what is now officially (if it wasn't already) permanently reserved as "Michael Day". So I didn't go to work. Because I had this ticket for months, and they scheduled their training on my day off with no warning. So I forgot to go. And am I ever glad!!! (see
