I take America for granted.

I want to go home to California already.

I think I've had enough of Vietnam...

Let people move on with their lives.

But the time here has been enlightening...

It's hard being here.

I fly back on September 11 into LAX at 3:55PM.

Since I got to Saigon. It has been a struggle. Trying to speak, understand, process everything here. How people live their lives, how my family has changed so much since the last time I was here in 2001. I'm struggling with my background, my family's past. It's been an interesting experience. This week has been an intense week. I am writing this LJ rather than finish up my research paper or finish up revising another paper. Damn.
