I absolutely love that I am on spring break! No more work for a week!! Woo hoo!! As I am trying the Vegetarian thing... I know it will be hard.. only because I love chicken and steak... grrr... but I know veggies are way better for my body. the less you eat meat the more you'll realize that it isn't that hard to find veggie food. You don't always have to have a recipe just leave the meat out of your spaghetti sauce or eat at restaurants that are less American. Chinese, Italian and Mexican places all have lots of things that don't have meat in them. If you're going to go the only eating veggies way it's harder, but otherwise it's pretty simple.

And maybe instead of eating lots of meat on the weekend you should spread it out. Like Saturday, Monday and Wednesday you can eat one item with meat in it. I think it would be easier than going without it all week. Or allow one steak a week and then every other day you can eat lighter meats like sandwiches with meat on it. I did the latter for about a year and eventually I couldn't digest steak anymore (because I began eating it less often) so I gave that up and just go t rid of the sandwiches with it.
