i have always believed that therapy is a good thing in theory, but the only time i've ever had good therapy in real life was from my dean at wellesley. she was the most wonderful therapist masquerading in dean's clothing.

Driving to Florida is NOT fun. No matter who you're with. There are just too many Waffle Houses...

the one thing is, if we drive, then she can play a few gigs along the way and actually end up making money on the trip.... so that must also be considered. but i don't think she's leaning toward wanting to do that anyway....

I just know that they've figured it out based on the $.32/mile figure, which is some standard rate. Like, if you drive your own car for goign on a work-trip, most companies will reimburse you at $.32 or $.33 a mile--that's also what they charged at Swellesley to rent the student activities vehicles. I think that somehow accounts for gas, wear on the car, insurance depreciation, and anything else car-related. It doesn't account for hotels and/or food, though. . .
