Yesterday was my first day off from work in about a week, and it felt fantastic just to sit around and do nothing. mom, Eric and i went to lunch at the Main Street Grill and Bar in downtown and I had a delicious meal of fish and chips. Turns out dog birthday parties are all they are cracked up to be and more. Well, honestly, it was just a typical group gathering just with a lot of dog love. We played Jenga, discussed Adam Pirtle, ate ice cream, and made a human pyramid. A good time was had by all, especially Rufus, who mostly sat around licking himself.

Last night Chris and I watched "Strange Brew", this movie from the 80's with Rick Moranis. I think "Strange" was a good word to include in the title, because it was kind of a weird movie. Tonight we went and saw the Cabaret concert at the high school. It's this thing that the choir does at the end of the year for the graduating seniors. Oh, and they also sing songs, too.
