I found this story a year and a half ago, and I've been faithfully following it ever since. I'm not sure if I've ever commented before, which seems silly now that I think about it, and I'm sorry I never commented sooner. However, there was no way I couldn't leave a comment now that it's come to an end.
This final chapter was gorgeous. It's been a long time since a story has moved me to tears, but this last chapter did. (The fact that I was listening to "If We Hold On Together" by Diana Ross while reading this probably didn't help, I confess.)
I agree with other commenters that Notre Dame was the perfect place to have the ending at. Very fitting. <3

And welsome out of lurkerdom! (at the last possible chance, too). Glad you decided to let us meet you! ^_^
Glad you liked it all, and I agress (at least about the great parts the other two wrote ;-) ) We really wanted to leave the ending partly up to the reader.
Thank you! It's been great, but don't forget the role all readers have played it; they have done at least as much as any of us. Coulnd't have done it without you. ^_^
Thank you! That was exactly that we were trying to get across. :-) (I always wanted to beat up Frollo, too. He man's twisted)
Marluxia is a Lord, nevermind that he doesn't have anything to lord over. And that he always has to do the dishes. It's just part of his very being.
Axel got out of it mostly to keep Roxas happy and in line, and both Roxas and Demyx was there - just very quiet. ;-)
Those are very nice pictures. <.<
Alas, who knows? I dont there will be another epic three-authors collaboration, though; this one was unique. I suspect a long nice vacation from steadily producing text is in order.
I'd suggest do watch out personal LJ, because whatever we do will show up there.
Wow. Just wow. There really aren't even words to express how it feels for it to be done... And to end in such a way. Just wow. I'll miss it, I think. Even if it's brushed topics I can't stand, I've read every chapter in all its glory... And I wonder how many times I'll wander back and refresh the page before I remember it's done... Three years. Damn. Hard to imagine. Actually, no, I know the words to express about this.
Thank you. Thank you for writing it, thank you for sticking with it through all the things you guys have been through with life, with the fandom, with everything. Over three years you've collaboratively made a thing of beauty, and it's awesome. Thank you.
