i'm so sick of feeling like i can't trust him.. we got into a big fight last night and he left for like 2 hours.. said he was at his buddy chad's house.. well.. i get to cleaning our room today and was checking his pockets before i started laundry and found 2 condoms in the pocket of the shorts he wore last night.. i know.. more WTF right? so now

You should just sit him down and ask him straight up what the deal is.
