Frozen Shoulder

Around May, I started experiencing some pain in my left shoulder which has turned into chronic pain and limited mobility. Last month I was diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis which basically is caused by being over 40.

That totally sucks. Are you taking anything for it? I can totally empathise with chronic pain. We should hang out soon. I wonder if i could come over for a visit on the weekend sometime? I won't be taking classes at the main CCP campus this fall.

And I hope it's not too late to comment (momentary laps in firewall at work) but have you tried Craniosacral therapy or massage? Erik Everts from the reiki school can fix anything! Just a suggestion :O)
