I hear you about GAG. I've been cringing everytime they talk about "minorities" being responsible for this passing. In fact, it is the religious nuts of all ethnic backgrounds responsible for this. Also, i just don't understand how you can make an amendment to take away a civil right!!!!! I don't know whether you are going on Saturday but i have chosen to go to a rally to save my local library instead. Unfortunately, they are at the same time.

It's me, Vanessa. Just had to chime in. It drives me crazy when people bring up the Bible as evidence that we need to ban gay marriage (and anything else they don't believe in, for that matter), as if the Bible is somehow law. I don't think the majority of Americans remember that we have a separation of church and state. ARRRGH.
