Gah! It's almost maddening that I have so much energy during the late morning/early afternoon, but I can never use it to workout since I'm at work! :(

I think I'd be able to put far more into lifting if I was able to do it earlier in the day, but not too early, like right after waking up.

Today I was sent to the scary, nearly abandoned plant on the other side of town. It was creepy and interesting at the same time. The place was huge, you could easily fit several football fields within. Ugh, as is almost always the case, the weekend has slipped by too quickly. While it was productive in some sense, I still feel like I accomplished little.
