It had taken a while, but Lash had managed to get Dog back down to a proper weight. That, or the caterpillar-dog alien greenish hybrid...thing had decided that on his own. Either way, she would claim victory and her great animal carrying skills. The mutt was moving along on all sixteen of its feet, Lash walking him around the ship. She had wisely decided to make make him a collar so she wouldn't loose her pet, but now realized that the beast was getting a lot stronger than she gave him credit for. At times it almost seemed like he was walking her than vice-versa.
Especially when they got to the hydroponics. The creature stood upright in the fields, its antenna looking around, before barking excitedly and bolting off in a direction, dragging the poor girl behind him.
"-Hey! Wait!"
It arrived a few minutes later, the girl and Dog arrived to where Snowspot was, as the creature barked excitedly at the cat, his tail wagging.
That, at least, got the saber's attention off of Alastirra and on to the dog. Though it hardly seemed frightened. More like it was sizing him up, glowing green eyes behind the mask blinking quietly.
"I cannot see, Snowspot, but that does not sound like something that is a meal for you," the Draenei beneath him said, one purple arm raising to shove him.
Obliging for once, the large feline stepped off her, and sat down, blinking at the dog once more. That allowed Alastirra to sit up, scrubbing at her face.
"Oh. Hello," she said, giving the afro-haired girl a nod.
"Hey! Don't do that!" she told Dog once they'd finally stopped, pulling herself upward. She gave the animal a tiny kick before leaning on him, looking at the girl.
"Hey! I remember you at the beach party and--" What was she...oh no. Someone else was crying.
WHAT WAS UP WITH EVERYONE THIS WEEK.
"--you don't look too good."
She half just wanted to leave, but her pet creature would not relent moving away.
"Was it a guy?" Lash interjected, still trying to pull Dog's collar. No dice. At least she could find herself an excuse that this person had told her her party was nice! Surely that gave her an excuse to listen to her.
Surely.
"Because if it's a guy, you could always punch them. That usually solves all my problems."
Suddenly the wunderkind stopped to struggle with her pet and looked at her squarely in the eyes. "WAIT WHAT? You're Alastirra?!" That didn't make much sense considering she had talked with Zouichi and he seemed more to fret out about it than anything else.
"...uhhh, was he wearing a hat with a giant skull on it?."
Alastirra blinked. "I am she, and...no, no, he was not wearing a hat with a skull on it...not recently at any case. Wasn't that the one he wore at the party?"
Well, when he walked down the catwalk at least, she'd recalled a hat.
"Yeah I told him to wear it when it met you," she explained as Lash dusted herself off before continuing, crossing her arms. Truthfully the wunderkind knew very little about him apart from the fact he had once been her minion for a short while and he had a parrot. A parrot which she had tainted with a bad word.
"So um..." she was so bad at this. So bad. "Did he like, make fun of your ears or your horns or did you insult him or what?" None of this really made sense.
"No. I am not sure quite where it went all wrong, though he was very adamant that I not come back to his world with him, if we get them back." The Draenei's lips twisted at the word "if".
Mostly because Alastirra was determined that they would get their worlds back, somehow.
"I do not think he understands, and I am not certain how to explain things to him, I guess."
In Lash's terms, that meant she'd slap him on the upside of the head and call him a stupid face. The sense of him a minion was still strong in her, alright?
That's when an idea hit her.
"Actually you know what? I think I might do that."

She rolled her shoulders, trying to make the gesture seem dismissive. "Eh. I will get over it. I was just...foolish, I suppose. I misjudged someone."
Another scrub at her face with the heel of her hand, and she sighed. "Eventually, at least."

"Ah, ehm." Great start. Breathe. "Well. It was, but I do not think I would get very far. He would probably just dodge."
Even if knowing Zouichi, he would probably let her, being all chivalrous like that.
"Besides, I do not want to punch him, or lightning bolt him. I..." She paused, to give consideration to what she did want.
"I wish he would have given me a chance, because it does not feel that way," the Draenei blurted out, finally.

Well, Alastirra tried to have some pride, in any case.

A very evil idea.

"If you wish to, you can." Alastirra really did not know what she was going to do about it all, anyway. This couldn't make it worse.
Could it?

Either way she was going to claim there was some evil in there.
"Good. Because I would have done so anyway."

Alastirra did mean that. Even if Zouichi might want to run. RUN!
She just...had no idea.
