The weekend

After that we got picked up at a stop light by girls to go to a party, consisting of all girls. It was the National Womens Disc Golf Championship. Who knew they held that ( Read more... )

I can't tell how big it is in the picture, if it's about an inch maybe it's a cicada, if it's actually pretty small then it's just a little buggy.

last weekend, I also spent money I didn't need to on a dSLR.

So I hate to tell you this, buy my Canon Rebel XTi owns your Sony. Just throwing that out there ;)

meh, they are pretty comparable. (http://www.cameralabs.com/features/10Megapixel_DSLR_test/) I know mine has some noise at the higher ISOs but I can deal with that. I also don't have any canon or nikkor lenses, so I didn't need to worry about backwards compatibility (I've got a hand full of Olympus lenses from my film SLR, but they aren't that great, and I wasn't impressed with their digitals). Plus, the kit was on sale for $600 which was such a steal. I see this as a intro to dSLRs. When I get my real job with some real dough I shell out for one of the beasts, and start investing in a lens library.

I need to get out and shoot. This 40 hour a week job is totally cramping my style :P

I haven't talked to you in way too long. What's up?

nope my canon is better ;) (I'm just giving you a hard time, the only reason I got a canon over a nikon is because my dad has been a photography buff for...well, pretty much forever and he has all the canon lenses, filters, bags, memory cards, tripods, and other random accessories I will pretty much ever need, which I can borrow pretty much whenever I want). I got the body+lens+the other crap for $700 from Costco which was the lowest price I was anywhere around here for the Rebel.

I'd love to shoot more than what I'm able to (especially for my class so my portfolio ends up not sucking like I'm sure it will), because my stupid classes and job(s) take up all my time :'(

Other than that nothing much is up! Still going to school (graduating in December if all goes well) and working and procrastinating and what not. Anything new with you?~?~!?
