We had our last dress rehearsal last night, with an audience, and it went wonderfully. Our dress rehearsal was sold out and I found out our actual show tickets sold out in fourty five minutes. Nuckin' futs, man. Anyways, show officially opens on thursday and I can't believe it's all already over. I love theatre.

So, the musical is stressful but wonderful. We open on the 26th. Also, I got a part for a nationally aired TV commercial for the University of Memphis, (look for me between the games!) it's all pretty neat. except for the love life...and man...that's just too damn much to even attempt to explain on here.

life is moving faster than i can even keep up with. its so difficult to plan for the future when the present is taking up all of your brain. fudgebucket.i want to quit smoking and meet a nice man.

intense, joyous, bubbley are all i've been feeling since rehearsals have started. i signed myself up for two other outside projects, one done by my previous director of Eurydice and the other is a staged piece from 'The Hours.' not to mention a brand new monologue that has to be memorized is in less than a week and an entire scene less than a week ( Read more... )

My trip back to Texas for the holidays was disgustingly perfect. In the eight and a half hour drive home yesterday I realized how desperately i wanted to turn my car around and go back.
