Well, I am going to post before checking my flist...otherwise I'll end up running out of time.

Our lease is almost up once again. And to make a long story short, we found a house to buy!

Waiting a year to buy was probably the best thing would could have ever done. The prices came down, our credit score went up, and the houses to choose from are so

Traz I'm so happy for you on both counts. The house looks lovely and the fact that you won your disability must be such a relief for you. I hope everything goes according to plan and that you will soon be in your new house. *hugs*

Thanks Tin. The house as well as the disability was a great relief. First of all, the house we're leasing is much too big, and they go up on the rent every year. So now we are paying for something that is ours. And of course, the disability will help with the upkeep. ;)
