What's been happening in my neck of the woods?

It's been a hot and lazy summer. Very wintery looking out there, with the grey skies and cold wind. The only thing missing is the snow.

My son is off today, and is out getting some Chinese food that he's craving. I'm not too much in the mood for Chinese, but the fried crab cheese sounded good, so he's bringing me some of those. I should make a pot of gumbo, that would taste so ( Read more... )
