For almost half a year, I was good at keeping an exercise regimen. I have suffered from back/knee and hand joint pain time to time, and I wanted to reduce this. Already last year, I completely cut out caffeine and began to eat healthier too. I was feeling great, but I wasn't finishing work as fast as I wanted ( Read more... )

I have sciatica too, aggrivated by driving a desk. /Do/ see a doctor ASAP; they'll perscribe prednizone, which is supposed to suck, but I didn't have in problem with it. Ask about a physical therapist if you can, in the meantime, heat pads and cold packs are awesome, and Egads. I hope it goes away soon... it's the worst pain I've ever had next to tooth pain.

well I do read the comic in lumps so no biggy, I rather you be healthy.

I heard that drawing digitally will give you hand problems quicker

Oh yes, I'm no stranger to hand joint pain, but I think that's my arthritis and cold weather. :D
