The temperature did not stay low enought to keep the snow :( The rain washed a lot of it away. I had dinner with my brother and sister before my brother went back to his unit. Nice time. Now I'm babbling-later,

The first snowfall of the season is here!

I love the snow. I don't like the freezing cold but love the cool air surrounding a good snowfall. Today it is blustery and wet snow but pretty to watch from the window with a nice warm Misto :) I think the kid and I are going to open up the futon and watch Shrek 2.

Happy Thanksgiving!

I come home in the early morning sunshine but wake up in the dark. This time of year gets me edgy. Last week I was off but it was cloudy or rainy :( YUCK. Today I'm up early enough to be out in the sun :) And I get to roller blade at the annual school event :) Maybe tomorrow the munchkin and I can do something fun!

What was ages ago (yet sometimes feels like yesterday) LissaMc and I were in Choir together in grade school. Had a nice family day today. Slept late, visited Catt's folks, checked out new cell phones. It is fall-the leaves are changing. It is pleasant though-60's most of today. Maybe play some family video games later?

Last weekend, Catt and I went to his 2nd 10 year High School reunion. It was fun! I went to grade school with a good number of people from his class (I think we had the largest contingent of the grade schools represented!) so it was interesting to see the familiar faces or at least the familiar names :) I saw the guy that I danced my first ( Read more... )
