hey congrats on your new house. I look forward to checking it out whenever I get back down there. Anyway, I'll give you some advice about the whole thing because I had similar experiences, we are both centaurs, and we have several mutual friends. When I got my new place, it was really exciting and cool, but people got wind of it and started taking advantage of it. I'm like you in that I love my friends so much, but am often disappointed when I think it will get returned to me. Only a few people have and those are the people I think I care about the most. Anyway, I recommend setting ground rules before your house becomes a chronic disaster -no pun intended-. That way people won't take advantage of you all the time like they did me. Marty came over to my house one time with a lot of people I hardly knew while I wasn't there. I just happened to leave the back door open. i love it!!! i havent been there in a bit cause im working two jobs till the 13th, but i love it. thanks for for the advise, i know that stuff like that will happen but i hope to be able to keep my ground and still be respected. my house is my temple and ill let only those that respect that as well, and if they dont... well, I have tools for that :-D also... i usually lock my door, i may not have the best of things but they are mine. thanks buddy and hope to see you soon.
