Fuck Alyssa. That sounds a little harsh, but I'm serious. Don't listen to anyone trying to force-feed you shit like that. I know you're too smart for that, but damn! I can't believe they'd say stuff like that.
Forget everyone and their crazy expectations. Now is just a time for experimenting, for figuring out what you like, what you're good at, and how much you can handle without falling apart. The teachers love to help with that last one, lol. We can totally make it, and when we do, we'll be more than ready for the rest of our lives. Bring it on!
