We told the Bokashi man about the system where compost goes to your house, and he thought it sounded great. The only trick is that to finish fermenting, the bucket has to sit with the lid closed for about 10 days before it gets opened and dumped into your compost. We bought two buckets to facilitate this.
I'm so excited that our compost will have a good home.
