House Sitter Wanted
I need a house sitter for April 7th through the 29th or 30th-ish. I want someone to stay here so the cats don't go mental and some unnamed Brown Cat doesn't pee on everything to get revenge on us for leaving her. The Barred Owl Lives!
Baby Barred Owl is in intensive care because his beak is broken. *sniff* His leg is not broken but rather bruised quite badly. They expect him to live although they don't know if he will be released just yet. They happily accepted my money and continue to encourage me to come and see him or just email for updates. -
Barred Owl Update
The barred owl has a broken leg and some blunt head trauma. One of his eyes is full of blood. The lady on the phone said "these types of cases can go either way". She asked me to call back in one week and if he is doing better I may be able to go and visit him. I will give them some money and hope for the best! -
Baby Barred Owl
Just after I had fallen asleep last night Greg arrived home and told me that an owl had been hit by a car and was on the road.
