I'm moving to Cambridge. Tomorrow. The Southie place didn't work out, which was actually probably fine, since it kind of seemed like the Big Brother house a little bit. And I couldn't have brought my furniture, because it wouldn't fit up the spiral staircase.

Jon and Pat are helping me move, because they're the best.

It's so strange to leave this

I got promoted after two months at my new job.
My roommates and I got notice that we'll have to vacate the apartment (that I've lived in for 5+ years) by July 1st.

And that was just today!

You know what's an awesome feeling? Being asked for references by a potential employer, and being able to write back and say "What kind and how many? I got TONS" (paraphrased)

Feels good, man.

It's time to get down to the business of getting a new job. The problem with this is, I kind of don't want to. But I need to. It's a grown-up thing, like eating vegetables or paying taxes.
