Yesterday, I performed my last ever recital as Rasheda Jones the French Horn player. I played Movement 1, Theme and Variations 1, 2, and 3 by Franz Strauss. This rain came out of nowhere today. Interesting that I had no warning of it. Jeff would say that he coudl feel it in his knees, but I had no idea it was coming. It's nice how rain on a roof has that soothing effect.

I was walking to the library today and I passed by some blue and purple orchids infront of the fence of the Govenor's Mansion. Naturally(LOL), the orchids made me think of roses which are the symbol for Thomasville, the City of Roses. The commercial advertiser for Macy's Department Store MUST be a man! I saw the new Father's DAy commercial which consisted of a single camera shot of two guys jumping in suspended slow time follwed by similar shots of suit cases, polo shirts, and shaving gear.
