I have an interview at 2 and I'm very nervous! It's for an accounting firm in Overland Park, so another communte to Kansas. It's also business professional dress, so i may have to go buy a nice jacket beforehand....

We got our new couch on Saturday and it is AMAZING! I love it like I've never loved a piece of furniture. And nora's so cute when she sits on it and pats it saying "new couch. Nora new couch" hee. :-)

I'm a little more positive today, I just signed up with my third staffing company. Hopefully something will pan out!!!

I'm thinking of dyeing my hair today, my roots are getting pretty dark....

UPDATE: I think I'll wait until tomorrow afternoon, on the off chance I have to go out to another meeting or interview, so I dont go with stinky hair...

I signed up with a staffing company today and the girl was super positive about my prospects. I took a data entry and 10 key test, which I thought was super easy, and I scored high and with 100% accuracy, which apparently is pretty good. So, hopefully she can help me find something.

I'm currently headachy, but hopeful.

I'm home for the afternoon b/c I had to take Nora to the doctor. Brad took her about a week and a half ago and they said she had allergies, which did not turn out to be the case. I've been getting SO friggin many calls from Republicans and Democrats asking me to either vote for their candidate b/c he's awesome, or not vote for the other candidate b/c he sucks. Life has been crazy. Our accounts receivable lady quit last week amongst a lot of weirdness....and they've given me her job. Which is definately a promotion-I've gone from being the File Clerk/Office Assistant to the person who deals with all of the money brought in by a multi-million dollar company.
