The driver yelled and yelled at my sister because she had three suitcases (after being here an entire year, shock of shocks). I can understand complaining if it's inconvenient (but really, some people only have one bag so it evens out), but you don't have to be a total ass about it.

what did they do?

when we were in israel last time we were supposed to take nesher back to the airport but they decided not to answer their phone--and we were calling for over an HOUR. finally we just took a cab.

As far as i know its stander Nesher policy for each person to have no more then 2 bags and if you have 3 u must tell them when you order it and you will get charged extra

If that's so, they should tell you over the phone... and in any case, there was no need for him to be a jerk about it, because she clearly didn't know it was against policy.
