update on the little that's happened since my last post
went to my brother's last weekend. tommy helped rip down walls in the bedroom area. i put two coats of primer on the most horrific walls i've ever seen (two shades of orange, the darker of which was in racing stripe pattern on the walls). going back up this weekend. it would be nice to be mudding drywall, but i don't think that's happening ( Read more... ) -

was offered the job with the chiropractor. not sure the pay is what i want, but the perks are decent. i'm still looking into the spa in brentwood.

my power went out for the second time in a week. this time, however, was much better. it was a) daylight, and b) only out for an hour or so. long enough for me to take a shower in the dark and not have a phone number i needed because it was online ( Read more... ) -

job hunt:haven't heard back from the office i interviewed with. interview was last tuesday. i called them last thursday about it and they said they had one interview left. i don't know when that interview was, so i haven't known when to call them back. i don't want to be an annoyance, but i want them to know i'm interested in the job. i ( Read more... ) -
i love this game.
worst thing to happen yesterday: our power went out. yeah. it was hot. and it sucked. we were at the grocery store when the power went out then came back on there. got home to none at all.
we left for dinner...went to krieger's to watch the cards game, as it was darling rick ankiel's first game in the majors since 2001. came back home to ( Read more... )
