Last weekend was quite the weekend of training mixed in with ACL festivities.
Marathon training had me doing a total of 3:15 of running on Saturday morning, which included the lovely Scenice/Mt. Bonnell/Balcones/Hancock route tossed into my route for the date. I honestly love that route with all the hills. It's a great way to build strength for
