My gigantic romaine!

I really don't know why my romaine has done so well but I don't know if you can tell, its the biggest romaine I have ever seen!

please tell me what the coffee grounds and epsom salts do for the plants.

the coffee grounds give an acidic boost and epsom is magnesium and plants love it.
