ahh! finally back from chicago. it was only two days but it felt like a week. it was only supposed to be one day. but just as we got on the busy busy dan/ryan highway mark's mom's car started freaking out. so we pulled to the side of the road to check check check it out

aack, that suxxors!! there are few things in life worse than car trouble when you're away from home. i'm a mechanic, and there are few things in life I hate than car trouble when you're away from home.

yeah, when your car breaks down far from home it is easy to be played by machanics. no offense or anything, but their are enough tricksters in your profession that make me weary about taking a car in to get fixed. i hate being screwed out of the very tiny amounts of money that i have. but we didn't get screwed, i think. they were some nice people who took care of the car. still sucks that we had to stay the night and shell out money for a hotel (that's were we got screwed for money). oh well oh well.
