-Herricane Katrina was downgraded to a category 4 hurricane at around 5 AM thismorning shortly after in made landfall east of Grand Ile, Louisianna.
-Maximum sustaned winds now at 145 mph
-Hurricane force winds will be felt in Tennesse
-There will be flooding in the Ohio river valley
-Lake Pontotchrain will soon be ofervlowed

Triathlon
Sorry it took me so long to get this one up! Haha, I'm so slow. I slept over at Matt's house the night before, in his brother's room (minds out of the gutter, people!) so we could leave at 6 the next morning. I was almost hyperventalating before I started. Ok, I was feeling better today.
I did a 4.3 mile bike and ran .7 right after. That's a hard transition. Really need to work at it. Oh well, I'm still a little sick. Gunna go up to the pool and do some races with Matt and watch the movie. VOOT! Later Dayz!
