Ok, well, I forgot to update yeserday. I was going to run in the evening because it was really hot out and we had a hard practice in, the morning, but it started raining. Ok, so I went on a 4.4 mile bike and tried out my sweet cool new blue helmet. Very stylin. I stoped at 3.5 and talked with my friend Max and walked around the block. Very cool kid. It's really hot out here lately so we're having trouble fiding times to run where we won't pass out. We had a two hour swim practice with our assistant swim coah. I think he tries to make up for being assistant by being tougher. We were both so dead! We ran home from practice to Matts house. I felt like I really didn't do much of anything today, so while Matt's at his brother's birthday party (yes, yes, happy birthday) I biked 2.8 miles. I know I need to be doing a lot more than that, so I know how I can add a lot more on tomorrow. Ok, I need to resize my bike. Later Dayz!
